The system you implement has all of the data you need, but frequently you want it presented from what's available in the standard system reports. There may be a goldmine of valuable data in your system, but if you can't access and analyze it, it's worthless. With report writers like Crystal Reports and Jet Reports, if you can describe to our people the kind of information you’re looking for, chances are they can create a custom report – quickly and easily – to let you extract that information whenever you need it. And then, we can teach your staff how to create reports for themselves. Finally, with today's software, a modest training investment in drill-downs or "browsers" for ad hoc queries could be the smartest training investment you'll ever make.
PSSI supports the systems we sell. Our staff of consultants and programmers are extensively trained and certified, and have years of experience in the systems they work with. In turn they are backed by the internal support teams of the vendors whose products we sell. We spend a significant portion of our annual budget ensuring that our team of professional service providers are up to date and extensively trained in the products they support. We believe there's no substitute for training and experience.
