PMI, the predecessor to PSSI, was founded by Brian Sittley in South Bend, Indiana, in 1987, to provide totally customized software solutions built to satisfy clients' specific needs. Over time the company narrowed its focus to specialize in accounting, manufacturing, warehousing and related applications geared to making our clients more productive.
The most common name given for these kinds of applications came to be known as ERP as requirements planning concepts were expanded to consider the enterprise as a whole, from front office to shop floor. Today, our core ERP software applications are complemented by our well trained, experienced, highly credentialed, customer-centric staff.
Unlike many of the other “Value Added Resellers” (or VARs as we're know in the industry), PSSI represents several of the industry’s leading business management systems. Our offerings include Microsoft Dynamics NAV (formerly "Navision")… Sage Pro ERP… Sage 100 ERP and their associated Sage CRM solutions… and TIW Technology’s ALERE Accounting and Manufacturing systems. Additionally, we represent a host of complementary products for report-writing, business intelligence, warehouse management, ecommerce and most other components of a complete ERP solution.
But even today, the personal touch – in-depth process consulting, software modifications and customization, personalized training and ongoing user support – remains the primary tool in our solution development kit.
